Our Privacy Policy is pretty short and sweet:
- The only personally identifiable information that we wish to collect from you on this website is your email address — and that’s only if you enter it yourself. The only thing we will do with that email address is use it to occasionally send you short messages that we hope will help quench your biking thirst. If you ask us to stop sending you our messages by clicking here, we’ll stop.
- If you rent or buy something from us, we will need to collect information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. The only thing we will do with your name, address, telephone and credit card information is just make sure that you pay for your equipment. We’ll use your address to contact you in the case of a warranty issue.
- Other than as above, we will not give, sell, leak, loan or otherwise release our steely grip on any of your personal information unless required by law. We will keep your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes, and as required by law. Just so you know, the law currently requires us to keep such information for at least one year.
