North Shore Bike Fest!

Different Bikes: The Team, The Shop and The Extended Family was all over the North Shore Bike Fest for this BEAUTIFUL Saturday the 5th of June.
First off: A HUGE THANK YOU to all our extended family rolling off the start line and around the festival sporting our colours. Jersey, T-Shirt, Socks or Water Bottle we really appreciate your help getting us out there!
Secondly: Congratulations to the flying members of the Different-Rocky Team. Gregarious-Greg Day cranked out a 3rd overall (behind Rocky Mountain Bikes Factory Rider Marty Lazarski and The-Reincarnation-Of-Ricky-Federeau) and Kevin Calhoun made good on all his secret training for a strong 5th place.
All-in-all there were three Rocky Mountain Element Team bikes in the top five!

Our own Andy Handford showed true-grit, winning his age group after slipping a tire into an uphill-endo/faceplant.

Third: A big thank you to Rocky Mountain Rep Extraordinaire Ciaran for bringing out the 2011 Element and 2011 Slayer bikes along with a demo fleet of Altitudes. Ciaran will be around tomorrow as well for those that missed out on his charm, good looks and indepth product knowledge!
